Course Features
Our 200 hour Raj Yog course program is 28 days in duration. You will get to stay with us at a very close hilltop to Kathmandu called Changunarayan with a scenic 360 view of Kathmandu Valley and amazing views of the Himalayas.
This training is divided into three major categories:
- Theory Only
- Practical Only and,
- Theory and Practical Both
200 Training Hours are divided into two major categories:
- 160 Hours- Theoretical, Practical and, Theory and Practical both Hours
- 40 Hours- Self Study, Homework, and Assignment Hours
This deeply enriching course centers around the concept of cultivating Self-Discipline to attain excellence in the face of:

Transformation through this course is carried out in four different phases:
